Very helpful host. Straightforward self check-in with clear instructions. Also warned us about construction sites outside during the free cancellation window. I really liked that transparency.
There was a bit of damp in the corner; we were in a basement apartment.

Personally I would have preferred some tea and coffee sachets for the morning.

close location to the center
we were lied about having a forest view from our balcony. we actually had a view of an abandoned building full of dust. we tried contacting the host but he said “im sorry, there’s nothing i can do”, although the hotel was empty without any guests. we only booked this stay for its promised views of the forest.
