Located about 2 hours outside of downtown Toronto, Parkers Point provides renters with incredible privacy and proximity to some of the most popular destinations in the region. Whether you are looking for groceries in Gravenhurst, a nearby golf course, or some amazing restaurants in Bracebridge, all these amenities are just a 9, 14 and 24 minute drive respectively. The cottage is located on the Segwun Steamships route.
PROPERTY
PARKERS POINT rests on a stunning property at the end of a peninsula on the south west side of Lake Muskoka. With water surrounding the point on three sides, Parkers Point provides renters with an authentic Muskoka experience! With multiple outdoor seating areas, there are many vantage points to take in the views while supervising the children. The deck is located right off of the great room and features 4 high-top Muskoka chairs with a matching round table. A propane BBQ and 2 additional Muskoka chairs sit on opposite ends of the deck, making this the perfect place to entertain! The deck leads you towards level grassy land that gently slopes towards the waterfront. The grassy lawns and 148 feet of frontage makes this destination a wonderful place for families of all ages. On your way to the water, you will notice a beautiful Muskoka-esque rock face that is level to the land. Beside the rock sits the fire pit with 5 Muskoka chairs looking out into the surrounding bay. The winterized bunkie and children's play-set sits not far away. A naturally designed stone walkway brings you down towards the timber frame boathouse with docks on either side. 2 Muskoka chairs sit beside the open-concept boathouse that offers 1-slip for boat docking.

From watching the steamship go by to kayaking, swimming and seeing extraordinary sunrises and moonrises and beavers swim by, our stay at this cottage was extraordinary! It is a truly beautiful place for communing with nature and enjoying time with family.
