Escape to our stunning, newly built Muskoka waterfront cottage on Muldrew Lake—perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or corporate retreats. With 6 bedrooms and room for up to 12 guests, this spacious and stylish four-season retreat offers comfort, privacy, and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay in the heart of cottage country.
Located near Gravenhurst, this 4,600+ sq ft home is perfectly designed to host large groups while still offering cozy spots for quiet relaxation. Plus, with a second custom-built cottage next door (also available to book seperately or together!), it’s an ideal setup for multi-family gatherings or corporate retreats—with the added benefit of privacy for each group.

3 King Bedrooms – Spacious, bright, and inviting—ideal for couples or adult guests
1 Bedroom with 2 Singles – Perfect for kids or teens
1 Bedroom with Single Bed + Desk – Great for remote work or solo travelers
Basement / Game Room – Spacious open area featuring a large sofa and TV, plus two separate rooms: one with a sofa bed ( ideal for children) and games, and the other with a queen bed.
ENSUITE INFORMATION
2 master bedrooms on the main floor, each with a full ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom in the common area.
2 bedrooms on the second floor share a shower, with individual toilets and sinks.
Basement: 1 full bathroom.
