2 bed, 2 baths 2nd row home on private Las Conchas street, fully equipped kitchen, central a/c with heat, sheets and towels provided, WiFi, telephone, DVD player and Smart TV.
The Space:
Casa de la Suerte is just steps to the beach on a private street and has direct beach access to the beautiful Las Conchas community. Even though it is a 2nd row home, it has awesome ocean views and amazing sunsets from the upper deck and covered terrace. A guest favorite, with a beautifully decorated and clean interior. The spacious master bedroom has an ocean view, King bed, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 2 people; has a queen bed and full bathroom with bathtub. The living room is an open floor plan with a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. 5 Gallon drinking water provided, laundry room, gated property and parking, WiFi, DVD player, Smart TV in both living room and master bedroom, central a/c with heat, sheets, and towels provided. Well behaved pets allowed – 2 maximum. House-broken pets are accepted with a security deposit, but the pet should sleep in their pet bed and never be left alone in the house unless it is in their pet cage because pets react differently in strange houses to them. No smoking inside and no parties or events allowed.
The normal minimum stay is 2 nights, except on holidays, in this case, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

THE ENTRY IS AT 4:00 P.M. Do not enter the property unless otherwise indicated.
Entry instructions will be sent to your email. Registration is required in our system, you will receive the
information automatically. Entries before 4:00 P.M. may be possible, ask for availability, this depends on
the cleaning time of the unit.

This house was comfortable and quiet, and ten seconds' walk from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week and there were towels and extra blankets. I would highly recommend this house for a short or long-term stay.

Excellent location in Las Conchas. The house is just as advertised. Omar is nice and very responsive/easy to get a hold of. No complaints, had a great weekend.

Excellent communication with property manager. Had a water issue and he was there within the hour having it fixed. Prior to stay, excellent communication as well.
As for the house. Good view for second row housing.
Garbage disposal does not work, master bedroom tv does not work, furniture marginal at best, outside patio table horrible rocks back forth (spilled our coffee and drinks). No hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner. Common at most rentals. I’m just stating this for future renters.
As for kitchen, we did not cook much just something simple in the oven. Worked great. Needed a citrus juicer, had one in drawers but it still had dried citrus and fungi growing on it.
Many drawers in kitchen you just close because they are so messy.
Neighbor has multiple old abandoned cars in front of their house. I know this is not the property owners fault, but still, you have to look at it when you go outside.
Gate did not work. Extremely hard to open and close.
Definitely over priced for what we received. Will not be returning.
