The vacation rental was spotless.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We've stayed at this house several times over the years. It's a great location along Las Conchas and supports a single family well. But, a few things. First, nobody had anything good to say about the beds. Hardest mattresses ever. Second, some things would have been nice to have, like a baking sheet, stocked spice cabinet, and a DVD player.

Host always responded in a timely manner. The beach was beautiful. Only thing there were a lot of mosquitos which surprised me. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back.

Enjoyed our stay even though there were some small issues, ie. bugs, ran out of water, many lights out, outdoor shower broken, & more. This is a small, economical rental so don’t expect extras (dishwasher, washer/dryer, water toys, nice furniture). Sorry but I would not rent again.
