David was extremely responsive to all our questions! Spacious home, big enough for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. Kitchen had virtually everything we needed and the popcorn maker was a big hit with the grandkids. Beds very comfortable. Close to ski areas, Vt Country Store, Woodstock, etc. Lots to do in the area.

While we did not have a very large party (only 7 people total), this house was an incredible house to host a girls' weekend. The hot tub on the deck allowed us to enjoy the views in the morning with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were super comfy. The owner is very attentive and answered our questions quickly. We stayed during "Stick Season" in VT which meant a lot of things were closed, however, the house provided a great location for making our own food and hanging out. Highly recommend staying at Mountain View Manor.

The property is very nice and overall the house is fine, but it did not live up to our expectations. The pictures make the house appear larger and more grand than it is. We were there for new years eve and the hot tub was not working. The manager had it fixed the next evening, but it was very disappointing not to have it for new years. The large tub in the master bath was also not working, nor was the fireplace downstairs. The fireplace upstairs stopped working our last night. We never reported the master bath not working and just used a bathtub in another room for our kids. The fire pit and smoker were great. Overall, I would recommend the house but for half the price we paid for it.
