COMFY AND COZY!! It was really cute, and quiet, which I really needed after the exhausting day I had on the hill.
Well, the pics showed a coffee maker, so I brought coffee to make. It's actually a Keurig, and doesn't have one of those use-your-own coffee adapters, so....no coffee, which was a bummer. If I had known, I would have grabbed a small box before I went. Small detail, but maybe important for the next people to know.
The door has no closer or spring hinges on it to close it behind you. Like a dummy, I walked out with all my stuff and didn't even think about it. Came back 11 hours later to a wide-open unit. Totally my fault. Nothing missing, thank goodness. Still, maybe some spring hinges (sorry, I'm a door & hardware guy by trade).

The location was great. The condo was fine. Overall, the condo was in good shape and allowed us to save money by cooking instead of eating out.
I think there is a leak under the kitchen floor. Two tiles nearest to the sink appear to have lost their adhesion to the floor. When I was cooking, there would be water seeping between the tiles onto my feet. I don't think the kitchen sink is leaking.
