Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: 30 foot boat max. Keep in mind tides in the keys shift up to 3 feet at times.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great canal access to the ocean and Pennekamp State Park! Large home with comfortable beds. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were great.
Nice quiet neighborhood. Walking to several good restaurants and very close to new Publix grocery store.
Needed to be cleaned better and some areas need repair.

Our Family had a great time! Combined with our rental boat this home was perfect to accommodate our needs! So peaceful, yet fun when gathering to eat our family meals! Our Kids had a blast as well! Would recommend to anyone & grateful for the vacasa crew to help us along our stay!!
