We stayed here the 1st week of June 09. It was GREAT. 4-7 Manatees were at the dock a couple times daily. Including 2 babies. we swam with them, very gentle & friendly. The neighbors caught some good sized Grouper in the canal. Tarpon were jumping in the canal which is about 20 ft deep in the middle. We docked our jet ski's & had quick access to tarpon Basin bay. Very clean house & water. Plenty of space under the house for our cars, jet ski trailer & 4 boys to play. Nice location to head to Pennekamp, Harry Harris park & more. We will definitely consider staying again next year!
