This 1000 sq ft guest suite is modern and comfortable with air conditioning! 5 mins drive from light rail, 15 mins from downtown, and a 1 mi walk to Lake Washington and Seward Park!
Your unit is on the bottom (first) floor with another unit above, their access is to side, thus there is potential for noise and not a good fit for those who are sensitive to the sound of foot steps. That being said we ask that upstairs be mindful of noise 10pm -6 am. Backyard and exterior spaces are shared with upstairs.

We require a $200 refundable deposit for all bookings with pets prior to your confirmation code could be activated. $100/pet/stay.

We had a great stay in Tracy's place in Columbia City. She was very kind in working with us to reschedule when we had a medical emergency. Once we were there, the space was clean, bright, and comfortable.The kitchen space was great and a highlight, and the open floor plan on the living room made the space feel really nice. We worked from the location, and never had any problems with the internet. The only internet issue was that the TV was a little quirky while trying to stream. It is worth noting that the bedrooms are quite small, mostly a bed and one nightstand. We made it work tho.Overall we were very happy with out stay.

All the comforts of home. are here. Quiet when we were inside and your regular neighborhood noises when we opened the front door. We enjoyed using the full kitchen and dining room, relaxed while watching Netflix and both beds were very comfortable. Thoughtful touches throughout. Appreciated that each bedroom had its own temperature control, also.

I was in Seattle for medical reasons. My main issue was parking. It was very difficult to get in and out of our assigned parking spot.
