The AC and complimentary coffee were great touches. I also loved the radio in the shower—such a fun detail! The host was really nice and welcoming, which made the stay even better.
The shower unit had ongoing issues and was visibly dirty, with showerheads full of calcium buildup that didn’t work properly. The bathroom door didn’t close, and the fan was extremely loud, which became annoying since the door stayed open. The place could have been dusted better, and the sheets had some visible stains. Both the kitchen and balcony were shared spaces, which we didn’t realize in advance. There was no hair dryer or iron available—I had to ask the host to iron a shirt, and while she kindly did it, it would have been more convenient to have one on hand.

L'accueil est vraiment parfait. Le personnel très accueillant, prêt à aider, à discuter. Aucun problème sur ce point.
L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, il est facilement accessible.
La chambre est suffisamment grande.
Je suis vraiment désolée mais nous avons eu l'impression que l'hôtel a été laissé a l'abandon pendant des années. Il faudrait penser à remplacer les équipements 😐
Matelas tâché, lampe de chevet cassées, douche qui fuit, trace étrange sur les murs ...
Le ménage est également un peu partiel : la douche n'était pas propre, les draps ... Je ne pense pas non plus.
Aussi, je ne demande pas d'avoir une communication précise. Mais je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse à mes questions. Juste un minimum serait le bienvenue : ne serais-ce que pour informer des modalités de check-in pour que l'on soit sur d'être bien attendus .....
Désolée pour ce bilan peu flatteur...
