This southern Kinnakeet Shores ocean view location is perfectly positioned to provide beautiful ocean and sunset views and is very close to the subdivision's ocean access boardwalk. Featuring many new renovations with your comfort in mind, this getaway boasts new full baths upgraded for 2024, appliances including a brand-new washer/dryer, new TVs and sound system, new deck railings and ample deck furniture, new stairs leading to the deck, and a screened porch that used to house the hot tub.
The first level of this reverse floor plan home has four large bedrooms, two baths, and a convenient laundry area. A brand-new hot tub deck awaits as well to assist in soaking in bliss each evening. Upstairs the great room with its high ceilings and ample glass has room for all. The kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and wet bar are designed and equipped for entertaining. The house looked spacious in pictures but somehow was even more spacious when we arrived! We loved the little TV room off of the living room upstairs; it was perfect for the kids to watch something different than the adults or to go watch TV when others were chatting it up in the big living room. Plenty of room for our group. Lots of puzzles, games, books provided. Is a quick walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded and was very peaceful and private. Loved being able to see the sunset and sunrise from the windows. The back deck was my favorite spot in the house! Would absolutely return.

Journey's End was a fantastic place for my friends and I to spend a week in Avon. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was clean, the hot tub and outside shower were nice. The only problem we had was with the WiFi but that was immediately taken care of by Vacasa. I would stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - close the the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home was lovely and comfortable. We wish the two master suites didn't share a jack and jill bathroom and that beach towels were provided, but otherwise we really liked the house.
