OCEANFRONT Avon - Greenwood Place - There aren't many places better to watch the AVON SURF from than this spacious, contemporary beach house. A boardwalk to the beach is accessed directly from the property making it a quick and easy trip between the house and the ocean's waves. A bubbly hot tub, Tiki bar, and TV are located under the house- all entertained by speakers from the integrated house sound system. A cabana full bath is built-into this area for convenience. An outdoor shower and a fish cleaning table are nearby as well as the under-house entry and parking.
Inside the home, find four large bedrooms on the first level including three king master bedrooms with private baths and a bedroom with two sets of bunks that uses the hall full bath. Two of the king bedrooms have dual vanities and walk-in showers. All bedrooms in the home have a TV and BluRay player and slider to the wraparound deck. A laundry room is also on this level which contains a laundry sink, slider to a private deck and a large table that can be used for children's crafts or folding laundry. Find a half bath on the landing leading up to the top level great room, which impresses with hardwood flooring, cathedral ceilings, blue ocean views and lots of space. A plush leather sectional surrounds the 65" flat screen TV with BluRay and Bluetooth system for gathering in front of a movie at the end of the day.
The chefs in the family will be pleased with the bright kitchen featuring granite countertops and many conveniences from home. The breakfast bar seats four to compliment the large dining table. Just outside the slider from the dining area is a porch with picnic table for dining al fresco with an amazing view of the AVON SURF.
Back inside you'll enjoy another four-seat table which flips to expose a poker table for even more fun. A game room is available for some indoor fun with foosball table and comfortable seating in front of the TV. And yes, there is a slider to the wrap-around deck from the game room as well. One more king master bedroom is located on the top level with gorgeous ocean views, slider access to the deck and private bath with large, walk-in shower. The house is amazing, very roomy and in great location close to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The photos don’t do the house justice, it is much nicer and with lots of extra features like outdoor bathroom and shower. Having said that, this was my first and last time to use VRBO. Perhaps the worst customer support that rivals even that of Comcast. They essentially charge the customer a listing fee for making the home more accessible to a broader audience. After that though, they literally do nothing more to manage your reservation, You have to call the realty company and do that yourself. Save the money and book through surf/sound realty directly.

Large living spaces made it great for all of us to spread out. Large guest rooms with plenty of bathrooms. Tiki bar was great fun!
