BOOKING NOW FOR SUMMER/FALL 2026!
Welcome to "Coral Escape"! We are located in the wonderful beach town of Avon on Hatteras Island, NC. Coral Escape has amazing ocean views and is steps from the beach! Boardwalk is literally 4 houses down.
We have completely renovated our home with all new flooring, appliances, furniture, luxury hotel mattresses and more. Coral Escape features "Vintage Coastal Charm" throughout the house. In colors of Sea Glass and Coral throughout, Coral Escape is definitely a place to relax. With it's gorgeous ocean views from the multi level wrap arounds NEW decks, to down time in the hammocks there is nothing not to love about our home. Relax with a glass of wine in our 8 person hot tub while the kids play a round of Pirate Mini Golf located in the backyard. For more fun, enjoy the pool table on the upstairs covered deck or play a game of basketball. There's a new sea themed hopscotch and tic-tac-toe in the carport area. Enjoy the close proximity to everything, including within .25 miles, a Food Lion, Duck Donuts, Arcade, Pizza Place and not to forget the islands best hamburger "Bros Sandwich Shack". We are less than 1 mile from the Avon Fishing Pier. There is a spacious double outside shower and the beach access is 3 houses down, less than a 2 minute walk to our sandy beach.
Each guest will enjoy a complimentary Welcome Bag filled with an assortment of local goodies, i.e. wine, snacks, beach items and other beach necessities.

Overall a great experience, from communication before arrival to checkout. The entire process was simple and easy. The house was was perfect, so many little thigs they provided most places don't. All these items meant we had an more relaxed stay and felt welcome, not just a renter. Great location, quiet, cozy, close to anything you wanted or needed. Beach and pool access was close and easy to use. Amenities galore! What a great place for any group.

Great house. Excellent host. Immaculately clean. This house has it all. Comfy beds. White linens so you know exactly what you’re sleeping on. Plump pillows. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen and space for “kids” of all ages Multiple decks, indoor and outdoor toys for littles and a pool table and hot tub for the big kids. Plenty of outdoor seating and so much more. The put-putt course was a huge hit. The host is exceptional and communicates effectively but does not intrude on your vacation. Short walk to a gorgeous wide beach. 10/10!!!

What a great home inside & out! Victoria has made everything very comfortable! We hope to stay here again in the years to come!! Made the trip wonderful! Every detail was thought of for us. The recommended restaurants, the turtles, etc.! It was all so wonderful!
