Lovely comfortable home in a great location.
Unfortunately we were not able to use the car park at the back of the property as our hire car was too big to negotiate the driveway and turning space and close street parking was not available most off the time. The caravan and large vehicle parked straight out front of the property seemed to be permanently parked there. I did flag a couple of maintenance issues prior to leaving which will make the next people who stay even more comfortable.

Location was great with an easy walk to shops, cafes and beach
Kitchen and Cooking equipment rather basic, pots with no lids, no wine bottle or can opener. No serving bowls or dishes. Only 3 burners on the stovetop worked.

The location was pretty good for what we needed it for (close to aquatic center). It is close to some nice restaurants and cafes and only a short walk to Jetty Road. Easy to gain access and the Hello team were good at communicating. The property is clean.
It was very cold and dark. Unfortunately we didn’t feel comfortable opening side and front blinds as there is no privacy from neighbours and footpath. Definitely only a super small car for access to the carport out back.

Location
Bathroom Shower head needs to be repaired. Screen allows far too much water to spill onto the floor making it slippery/dangerous. Ants Kitchen Occasionally unable to stop hot plate ignition. Fry pan handles almost falling off. Tap loose. Ants Bed 3 Door handle loose. Unable to open window.
