About this house rental

1950s rendered and recently updated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, just 10 min north of the CBD and 7 min to Adelaide Oval, Women's and Children's Hospital, the zoo, Botanic Garden and where the Fringe, Festival, Womadelaide and V8 Clipsal car race are held annually.

Internet can be bought if required, a 3G modem is available to buy data.

Set away from main roads so it's lovely and peaceful, offering a large front secure grassed garden.

Sitting on the northern side of the city on your way to the Barossa Valley, SA's number one wine district within 30 minutes.

Ideal for family visits to the city or a group booking on tour from interstate or overseas, looking for comfort without the expense of city accommodation.

It has a separate lounge room, a large dining/kitchen and two bathrooms essential for large groups. Each bathroom is accessible to everyone so please note there is no en suite. The property has 2 massive new heating and cooling systems for all-year round comfort that covers the entire property. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, except the 4th. There is a flat screen TV on the wall in the lounge room and the kitchen contains all the basic necessities you need including a large F&P fridge.

It has outdoor/undercover dining area with BBQ. Two cars can be parked off the street under the lockup roller door carport for complete security, with a further cars 2 parked inside the property. The yard is surrounded by high fences so that your four legged loved ones are safe. The back of the property is blocked off from the front so children and doggies can not go to the front without your supervision.

If you have an extra person coming or need the cot please let me know so I can arrange linen.

This Double Brick Character home is perfect for Adelaide's extreme temperatures keeping cool in summer and warm in the winter.

Inside has polished floor boards throughout. Very simple but very elegant with large windows to let in the light. Its priced in the budget range for a families or group holiday to the city. Contains all the necessities one would need on a holiday or a long term stay, beautiful new country couches and comfy beds. Linen and towels are provided.

The configuration of the beds is as follows:-
main room queen bed, single foldout couch.
2nd room double bed and 2 single beds the
3rd room a queen bed and a gorgeous wooden cot.
4th bedroom has a double bed ( Its a small room without a window).

The lounge room has been recently refurbished with 2 fold out cliclclack couch/beds. These can be used for those who do not wish to share a bed.

I have been running this house for 5 years on stayz now and I know when a group of 10 book it does not mean that you are all couples and often a separate beds are required.


Direct Rout to the City center approx 7-10 min drive dependong on the tome of day. Public transpor is at the end of the street.

The home is situated 7/10 min from the CBD between Main North Road and Hampstead Road and is set in a very quiet area. Sefton plaza is the nearest shopping center. If you do not have a car there is great public transport with a direct rout into the city via Hampstead road and with in walking distance to the bus stop at the end of the street.

For babies and children i have a wide range of productd so don't bring to much. Babies have hichair, pram, port cot, play seats, walker and toys, toys, toys!!

Do not book this house for a party as it is not a party house!!

Visited with our Chihuahuas for a dog show. House was perfect for us all. Safe, covered backyard for the dogs.House was clean and comfortable.Easy access to city and Airport.Looking forward to visiting again.
