It was like a whole house upstairs, really good layout. Apparently one of the Neighbour's is a complainer so had to keep the noise down, bit hard with kids screaming but we didn't get any complaints. Downstairs had their tv during the night a little loud you could hear coming up the stairwell. Plenty of room for family or a group. Seemed like a good area. Lady I communicated with and checked in with was friendly and welcoming.

Nothing major. Could only get one car in driveway so one guest has to park on cramp little street. I'm not good with stairs but I managed, so not good for disabled or elderly if you can't climb stairs, but there is a downstairs but have no idea what that is like. Did have to pay a $300 deposit I wasn't aware of, I must have missed in the description. Unlike hotels or caravan parks that ask for a deposit taking over a week, it was refunded within a couple of days.

Location suited us perfectly, we self catered with every need close by. Owners were very kind and helpful.

Suitable for our family, house was close to shopping centre (not walking distance)

One parking space for shared property (2 separate units) other than the street. CCTV & owners watching regularly, never experienced this before. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes, again never experienced this. Nowhere to hang washing & no laundry basket, for a family that was a bit difficult. Outdoor area has only a motion light so sitting outside is only suitable for daytime. Bathroom mirror is placed high up, I’m 5’3 & couldn’t see myself! No other mirror in the house. Signs around house threatening reduction of bond if the linen is stained with blood etc. Cannot secure most doors ie bedrooms so they open & close randomly.
