ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access and dock slip located along Marsh Hill Rd, across from the property, "Dreamers Overlook." Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note that there is no direct parking area by the lake access point and the driveway for this home is steep, so the walk up/down may be difficult for some.

Overall, the property met our expectations. The property was clean, kitchen was well stocked, great location, and nice size house for 8 guests.
Opportunity for improvement- The hot tub cover was broken and waterlogged. This made it difficult to use properly and heat. The main floor master bed could use and new mattress. The mattress sinks in and is uncomfortable.
We will leave these recommendations out of the VRBO review because everything else was perfect. We had a great time.

It was a nice stay. No major complaints. House could have been a tad bit cleaner upon arrival and I wish they were more clear about where the dock for the boat was

From the time we walked in we felt at home. The place is really well laid out. We never felt cramped. The great room off the kitchen leading out to the balcony with the fireplace was really good. Kitchen was well stocked with what you would need for feeding a group in terms of pots, pans, utensils. Highly recommend. We didn’t use the hot tub, but good to know it was there.

The set up of the house was great as well as the location and the fire pit. After seeing a mouse in my room and the mouse droppings I was grossed out. The beds need mattress pads and covers and the comforters could use washing.
