Lake access and dock slip located along Marsh Hill Rd, across from the property, "Dreamers Overlook." Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note that there is no direct parking area by the lake access point and the driveway for this home is very steep, so the walk up/down may be difficult for some.

The view is outstanding. The property can be difficult to get to in bad weather (very steep driveway). The house has a great layout and has all the amenities listed, however it needs a good cleaning. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the last people who stayed in one of the bedrooms, the hot tub was gross, nobody has ever vacuumed between the couch cushions, and the bathrooms in general are a bit rough.
