About this house rental
If you want to spend your vacation in an exclusive, modern atmosphere , you are in the right place at the "Architektenhaus am Pewsumer Tief" . The spacious house leaves nothing to be desired on 200 square meters . On the ground floor you can make yourself comfortable in the light-flooded living room , whether in front of the fireplace with a great view of the park-like garden or in the lounge corner in front of the TV. A large dining table under an open window front invites you to eat together.
The kitchen is in a separate room and offers complete, high-quality equipment .The house has 3 bedrooms , each with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the canal through the large window front. The other bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub are also located here.
When the weather is nice, you can really enjoy yourself in the park-like garden. The garden offers three terraces , one of them with a lounge corner and a nice spot on the canal.
The architect's house at Pewsumer Tief is located in a quiet residential area and offers a good starting point to explore East Frisia and the surrounding area. In Pewsum there are several shops and a pizzeria within walking distance. The famous fishing village Greetsiel is only 11 km away. For more information about the village of Pewsum please click here.

Für uns (3 erwachsene Frauen > 50 Jahre) war das Haus ideal. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Ostfrieslands und das Meer schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants, Eisdiele, Café und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar.
Und das Haus war groß genug, so dass jeder im Haus und im Garten einen Platz fand, an dem er seine Ruhe hatte.

Alle Angaben in der Objektbeschreibung waren zutreffend. Ein sehr tolles, gepflegtes Haus, das alle Erwartungen übertraf : moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht, schöne Einrichtung. Es gab genug Platz, dass man sich abends gut verteilen konnte. Schade, dass wir den Ofen nicht brauchten. Das hätte mir gefallen.
Lage: zentraler Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
Das kleine "Willkommen" Kästchen mit Infos über die Umgebung, mit Ostfriesentee, Kluntjes und kleinen Keksen - eine tolle Idee !
Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend für viele Ausflüge in der Region und zusätzlich bietet das Haus jeglichen Komfort und ein schön eingewachsenes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist fast zu schade für die Vermietung. Die Eigentümer sollten die Metz Fernseher bei Gelegenheit gegen echte Smart TVs tauschen, dann könnte man sich auch bei Netflix anmelden. Aber das ist wirklich nur das Sahnehäubchen bei diesem perfekten Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
