Vacation Home in Eilsum – Relaxation and Rejuvenation Surrounded by Nature
Welcome to our charming vacation home in Eilsum, an idyllic village in the municipality of Krummhörn. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by expansive meadows, this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
With a generous living area of about 100 m², the vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 8 people. On the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming entryway with a coat rack and mirror. Right next to it, you’ll find a convenient utility room equipped with a washing machine, a chest freezer, and a side entrance door. The bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, and a sink, while a separate toilet with a hand-washing sink provides additional comfort.
The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a cozy double box-spring bed and a wardrobe, so you can relax in peace after an eventful day. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable upholstered seating area, a coffee table, an armchair, and a TV. For social gatherings, there’s also a selection of board and card games. A small desk with an office chair provides space for any work tasks or creative projects. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need. Here you’ll find a corner bench, a table with chairs, a high chair, and all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Tableware for up to 16 people is, of course, provided. A balcony door leads out to the covered terrace, which opens onto a cozy sunbathing area. Here you can relax with a good book or a glass of wine. The garden table with chairs and a charcoal grill ensure that you can also enjoy culinary delights outdoors.
On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find three bedrooms, each offering something to suit every taste. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a closet, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm), a closet, a crib, and a small changing table. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. A separate restroom with a sink on the upper floor provides additional comfort.
There is a garage in front of the house with space for a car and bicycles.
