The house is therefore equipped for eight people, ideal for two families. The sauna and the wood-burning stove in the living room are ideal for a holiday not only in summer. The beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and the maritime furnishings give the house a very special character. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading onto the south-facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and much more. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the directly adjoining utility room. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and private sauna. One of the (parents') bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) is located on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for bringing the grandparents. There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and two with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). There is also another bathroom with shower. Note on WLAN: Unfortunately, the providers only allow a maximum Internet speed of UMTS. Instead of WLAN, you can refuel for a few days. The holiday home is located in Grimersum (approx. five km to Greetsiel). It is located in a quiet residential area with other holiday and private houses in a cul-de-sac. The boat harbour is only 60 m away. The canal there has a connection to Greetsiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle) boat, in winter partly by skate. A nice public playground is only a few steps away, so you can leave the children alone. A restaurant and shopping facilities are approx. 3 km away. Two car parking spaces belong to the property. The garden shed contains garden furniture and a barbecue. Enjoy sunbathing or marvellous barbecue evenings on the south-facing terrace.
