Total nightmare and I don’t believe Booking.com should have them

No where is mentioned a 300 Euro deposit till an hour before I arrive? There’s not a 24 hour on site help you ring a number which they do not respond. I was trying ringing the number to get assistance with instructions how to get into the property? Then instructions were not clear after speaking with the girl she was referring me read the instructions I’m sick and tired of reading essays that don’t make sense , we ended up getting stuck in a garden that my partner had jump off fence so we can get out and the customer service from the girl that eventually answered the phone was below standards. Do not recommend this property at all.

Horrible.

Nothing. It was a bad experience right from the start and couldn’t wait to get out.

Dusty, smelling of cigarettes, bed linen and bathroom towel smelling of dump. Bathroom sink blocked. The people who were supposed to “greet” us to give us the keys and explain how to get in the park were totally useless. I spend 30 min using my internet roaming to be on the phone to get all this sorted. Very badly organised. Access to garage was another 30 min of our time wasted due to their horrendous instructions. Terrible, stressful experience.

Nice little studio with poor communication

Nice little studio is all you need for a few days. The free parking was the main reason for us to choose it.

The communication regarding the parking place could be a lot better. First, you get a transponder with the apartment keys. Then you need to find the gate to the underground garage, it's in the corner of the building that you pass if you drive towards the main entrance. You open it by pushing a button on the transponder. So far we figured it ourselves. After that it became difficult. We were sent a very vague video that was supposed to tell us where to park the car. Well, it failed. As we read later on the leaflet in the room the parking lot you are assigned to is number 14 on the second level (it's in the middle of the row that you see in front of you as you enter the -2nd level). This info could be communicated in one short message but instead we spent almost half an hour on the phone trying to get this info from the guy on the other side, and in the end parked on someone else's place. So, if you read this: your lot is #14 (the numbers are above each spot if I remember correctly).

Siamo arrivati davanti l'appuntamento e dopo svariati tentativi siamo riusciti a contattare i responsabili del check in. Prima di darci i codici per accedere all'appartamento, ci chiedono i 300 euro di cauzione, che dovevano restituirci una settimana dopo, in realtà di settimane ne so o trascorse due. L'appartamento non ha un buon odore e non è molto pulito.

La pièce principale est assez agréable

- l’entreprise qui s’occupe de l’appartement n’est pas professionnelle, très nonchalante, on a l’impression de les embêter - tout est trop compliqué, je suis venue pour travailler j’ai eu des journées très chargées j’étais fatiguées et faire des allers retours pour garer la voiture, rentrer chercher les clefs, ressortir… tout n’est pas très bien expliqué en plus - j’ai 30 ans je m’en suis sortie mais pour des seniors je me dit que ce serait vraiment pas possible - il est noté que l’appartement est au centre de Rouen, comme c’est la première fois que je venais je me suis faite avoir mais il est à 30 min à pieds du centre - le ménage est fait de manière très superficielle (poussière sur les plinthes, poils dans la douche, cheveux bruns sur les serviettes, éléments douteux dans le trou d’évacuation du lavabo, verre à brosses à dents non nettoyé etc.) - aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement (peinture blanche, tapis de douche marron à certains endroits etc.) - le pommeau de douche est encrassé et fonctionne mal + le ballon d’eau chaude est petit il faut faire vite pour se laver les cheveux - très bruyant (extérieur la nuit et murs fins) - draps qui sentent l’humidité

Foi tensa pelos problemas que tivemos no estacionamento.

Exigiram depósito caução de €300,00 para liberar o acesso, porem central eletrônica da porta principal não estava operante. Tive de apanhar a chave num local secreto. O acesso a vaga de estacionamento subterrâneo é complicado para um turista. Não há indicações no estacionamento. Um dos condôminos abriu um dos portões inadvertidamente para mim e acabei acessando uma vaga indevidamente e depois não conseguia sair - fiquei preso no subterrâneo até que por sorte uma pessoa nos abriu a porta. A área não nos pareceu muito segura para caminhar.
