Location. Ease of checking.
Access to the bridge to the town was not good. It may not be the owners responsibility but something needs to be done. Perhaps the owners could contact the city council (or whatever governing body) and request an upgrade to the 10 feet or so of sloping property. It is currently very slippery.

Great location.
Small but well thought out space.
Very clean.
Well equipped kitchen - not that I used it.
$116 cleaning fee for this tiny place is just a hidden room rate.
10:00 am checkout is unnecessarily early. Requests for another hour with responded with form texts saying no.
Murphy bed is okay, but not super comfortable.
Living area is very dark - lights don't light up much and overhead reading lights don't work. I had to use a headlamp to read in bed.
Wish I could have opened the window, but was shut for portable AC unit.

location close to town center. it was a fun and interesting place to stay.
many stairs. AC was loud. housekeeping tried to barge in when I was getting ready to take a shower. management didn’t seem to know or communicate to others that I had extended my checkout time.
