    Fix this problem.
    Location. Ease of checking.
Access to the bridge to the town was not good. It may not be the owners responsibility but something needs to be done. Perhaps the owners could contact the city council (or whatever governing body) and request an upgrade to the 10 feet or so of sloping property. It is currently very slippery.

Great location, but has some warts
Great location. Small but well thought out space. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen - not that I used it.
$116 cleaning fee for this tiny place is just a hidden room rate. 10:00 am checkout is unnecessarily early. Requests for another hour with responded with form texts saying no. Murphy bed is okay, but not super comfortable. Living area is very dark - lights don't light up much and overhead reading lights don't work. I had to use a headlamp to read in bed. Wish I could have opened the window, but was shut for portable AC unit.

ideal location at a good price for a solo traveler
location close to town center. it was a fun and interesting place to stay.
many stairs. AC was loud. housekeeping tried to barge in when I was getting ready to take a shower. management didn’t seem to know or communicate to others that I had extended my checkout time.

Clean, comfy, and cute unit we would stay at again!
Unit was super clean, which is most important to us. The room was nicely updated and the shower was amazing! The murphy beds were fun, convenient, and comfortable. They saved space and were a nice alternative to sleeper sofas.
We had a hard time getting the promised parking pass that was supposed to be left in our room. After calling Vacasa (the management company) twice and being told the owner would drop off a pass, we were finally instructed to go to the "front desk" which was located several blocks away to pick up a pass. By the time we finally got it, our 2-day stay was almost over. Thankfully, we did not get a parking ticket, so it all worked out, but this was a bit of a hassle.

    Superb
Great location, close to main street, Starbucks, Riverwalk Center, studio was clean and right sized.

    pretty good location with caveats
Easy to walk to food. Location is ski in. Door is key pad entry which is super easy to use. Renter is very responsive. The lodging is 9/10 clean. Bathroom has pretty good soundproofing. One parking spot for free.
Location is not ski out but the gondola isn't too far. Parking lot is not covered and exposed to snow/elements. Parking tag was ripped. Bedding kinda smells slightly funky. The pillows are too thick, all of us suffered sore necks from it. No oil for pan, pan is burnt. Ac and heating are impossible to set. Night gets really hot and then really cold. (Based on the winter season) Shower curtain is dirty. Lodging has street noise and pedestrian noise. Heating in bathroom smells like something is on fire. Bed sheets were 8/10 clean. Slightly dirty.
