Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. River Mountain Lodge 318W is a comfortable two-level deluxe condo with excellent proximity to everything you are looking for in a Breckenridge ski vacation. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.
You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool, and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Because of a water problem, we had to change condos. The one we got moved to was great and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and we were able to really relax. With the windows open it was a bit loud, but when they were shut, you couldn't hear the street at all. The management group was excellent and it was very easy to communicate with them!

It was very comfortable. We got moved to this condo because of flooding in the original one we booked. Would've liked a king size bed and could have been a little bit cleaner. We did have a great time in Breckenridge.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Only one complaint - carpeting in living area had large black stains. Gave a first impression that the condo was dirty - which it wasn't. Summit Mountain staff was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. River Mountain Lodge was a perfect location for us.
