Es ist ein sehr nettes Haus mit allem was man für 3 Wochen benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, nicht alles neu und modern, aber eigentlich wie zu Hause. Man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen und erholen. Die Betten sind gut und lassen sich auch als Einzelbetten nutzen. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Freisitzflächen rund ums Haus. Man kann also immer mit der Sonne wandern. Überall sind Sitzgruppen mit Stühlen und Sitzkissen. An kühlen Tagen(Anfang November) steht bei Bedarf auch ein Elektroheizer zur Verfügung. 3 Strandstühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein kleiner Mangel mit dem Sat-TV und dt. Fernsehsendern wurde umgehend behoben. Parkplatz ist am Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Die im Bild sichtbare Garage ist nicht nutzbar und verschlossen. Auf der Rückseite gibt es jedoch einen abschließbaren Abstellraum für z.B. Fahrräder. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben. Auch die Abreise und Freigabe der Kaution war problemlos.

Etwas nervig ist die Kommunikation mit der Agentur "Mallorca Charm". Hier wird jedoch ausdrücklich nur die zwingende Whats App Kommunikation bemängelt. Man erhält stets die Aufforderung einer Nachrichtenübermittlung zuzustimmen, die dann jedoch ins Nirwana führt. Wenn jedoch die Nachricht angekommen ist, wird auch reagiert. Hilfreich wäre ggfs ein Wäschetrockner, nicht zwingend , aber bei der nächsten Anschaffung der Waschmaschine bitte beachten.

I did not like that the company uses whatsapp and it is not mentioned anywhere in the info. I have also noticed on booking.com that the company should take some deposit cca 1 week before the stay, however nothing has happened and only me being proactive lead us to the download of application and then not-so-easy communication with the company. You need to pay not only the deposit, but some tax as well, while on this page it is written it would be paid at the place. I would strictly prefer to mention these facts on booking.com and even more I would like to have someone to assist us at least with the check in (and filling the forms and so on, it just takes me time to do this before, it should be optional not obligatory). Honestly several messages like "you need to pay/fill this or you are not gonna be allowed to stay" were rather incovenient and did note make us calm at all.

I loved the location near the sea, very quiet residential area. Nice walk on various quiet routes from the walled town,about 15/20 minutes. lovely walk in the other direction,along the coast. pub/ restaurant about a mile away,handy stop on way! bed was the most comfortable I've slept in! had great sleeps. shutters kept the light out too. kitchen had every possible item you could need,though for some reason we didn't find the kettle till the third day as it was in a high cupboard above the fridge! lots of outdoor space.

we had a power cut very early one morning, so I was fumbling about in the dark till daylight. luckily a kind neighbour came to help find the fuse box. he had called the owner. also the water was cold for a day or so, and we didn't realise the boiler ( on top landing we hadn't gone up to) was fired by gas bottles. I phoned the agent and was asked to change the bottle. not being comfortable with that,they sent someone out. so, I think written information on these two things would be helpful, then problems could be solved quickly! the downstairs shower room had a dip in the shower tray, so water didn't drain away.
