Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was not clean and also was not fully prepared (for example we had to contact reception for a toilet roll). The phone also didn’t work in the room and there are no windows so it felt rather dark. Considering it was advertised as a boutique hotel it didn’t match the photos or description.
