This is a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in a great location in St. Pete Beach. The view from the water front balcony is absolutely stunning! The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other one with a bathtub/shower combo. The condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout. One of the best features is the good size water front balcony with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal waterway. Sit on your balcony, enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins play and boats go by! Free WiFi and parking included.

Restaurants, Bars and Watersports activities all in walking distance.
For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! This is a terrific location. A great bay view from the balcony, and a short walk over the bridge to Sunset beach and many restaurants nearby. The Club has a nice social atmosphere, large, heated pool and nice grounds. The building is older but seems well maintained. The furnishings in the condo are a bit older too but lots of space and big kitchen and dining area. Lots of storage space. We were disappointed that we didn't get a deep cleaning since we were there over 90 days, but I will say that the property management, Resort Rentals, was apologetic and did come quickly to rectify a few urgent items - garbage disposal and leaky faucet.
