Creepy face in bedroom

The location, close to train and bus station.

When we needed to check in, code did not work. Hatd to reach support without internet. When borrowed phone, they dont pick up entered the appartment a whole hour later, they gave wrong code. In front of bed a huge face staring you bit creepy with one eye. Not comfortable at all. We had to cover it to sleep. The garden is shared. Ppl will come park bikes. When i requested parking for car. They are very difficult. First pay then you get info. Meanwhile we had to find another parking because we didnt have internet. So difficult for 60 euros while i done paid a whole week of appartment already. When texting, they never understand, you always have to wait. So assistance not very helpful if you have an emergency. Also bit dark rooms. Lighting not great.

It was the perfect location, close to the train station and town center. The beds were comfortable and they had plenty of amenities (hob, fridge, Netflix), exactly what we required for a short stay.

Comfortable but stressful to get in.

The location and facilities were great. A spacious studio with a beautiful garden.

I had issues with getting into the building because it required a bluetooth pass accessible via an app on my phone. When I arrived the app wasn't working. I had to wait over 40 mins outside and spent 30 mins on the phone until someone finally gave me a code. I also asked if I could check out 30 mins after 10h00, the check out time, and they wanted to charge me extra. It's important to notice that even though I had to wait outside, use up all my phone data to get a code to get in, in no moment the host said sorry, apologized etc. Great place, but not a descent understanding and human host.

地理位置很好，距离火车站很近，吃饭也很方便，在这个价格已经很好了

隔音不好，房间卫生不太好，进入房间就有两个很大的虫子，客厅的桌子上也都是灰尘，客厅的窗帘是坏的，因为入住时要求我们进去后院随手关门，走的那天院子倒垃圾把门关上导致被反锁在院子里了，幸亏当时院子里有一位女士在她打电话给她的儿子下来开门我们才得救，部分设施我认为需要房东好好完善一下

Le pedí a la persona de la limpieza durante los 6 dias de nuestra estancia que me dejara usar la lavadora (que ofrecen como servicio) y nunca desocupó la lavadora y la secadora que tenía llena de ropa de cama

Geen beddengoed de eerste nacht gehad. Meerdere keren aangevraagd na aankomst en zou geregeld worden de dag zelf. Volgende dag pas gekregen. Handdoeken voor 3 personen aanwezig i.p.v. 4. Je mag dan ook je hele verblijf met je handdoekjes doen. Douchegel en shampoo hoef je ook niet vanuit te gaan of je moet je al met een druppel kunnen wassen. Appartement is niet goed schoongemaakt en erg stoffig. Je krijgt er zelfs ook nog een kapotte (hete) kachel bij waardoor je in een sauna ligt. Leuk als je ziek wilt worden. Schoonmaakster is ook niet de vriendelijkste. Voordat je gaat word wel verwacht dat je een hele takenlijst afwerkt en nog een leuke review achterlaat. Al met al een bijzonder slecht verblijf dat zich als een ‘villa’ omschrijft.
