The management staff were excellent as well, great communication before check-in and then very responsive when any issues came up. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

It’s such a cute place but the furniture is very old and crowded. The view is incredible. Had some service issues which were somewhat rectified.The biggest issue was the incessant amount amount of noise from the upstairs unit. Not a fault of the unit itself, but feedback nonetheless.

My husband and I were so happy to find that this beautiful condo was available and booked it for a month. Unfortunately, my husband had to have emergent surgery and was unable to fly for a month or so post-procedure. The owners and management have been incredible to deal with and I am so grateful that we will be able stay at the condo later this year. We have stayed at Country Club Villas before and absolutely love the property and area! I really enjoyed the sunsets, the pools, and the feeling of community. Again, we are so very grateful to the owners and management! Looking forward to our stay, even if it was a little postponed! Thank you again!

Pros: location, close to pool, beautiful view on balcony, unit is clean and comfortable. Unit had all the basic necessities and even beach chairs, towels, and scuba gear which was great! Cons: one 3 separate occasions we found an occasional cockroach. Once on balcony, once in utensil drawer, and once in bathroom. Not a huge deal for us, but may be for someone else. That’s why we did not give it 5 stars. Also, the place was HOT almost all the time despite follow the directions. We ended up just accepting that it’s just the way it is. We are also from Seattle so not used to the warmer climate.

We absolutely loved this unit. Very very clean, large windows/sliding doors, fully equipped. It has AC but we did not use it except the first night, as just keeping the sliding doors open and using the ceiling fans made our stay very comfortable in August. You can walk in with no stairs involved, pool and hot tub are right next to it and tennis court a short walk away. Large shopping center 2 minutes away driving lets you get anything you might need (as well as a weekly free hula show!). Great ocean view and great sunsets. Only thing it is not next to a beach but anyway we preferred the white sand beaches on the northern side of the island than the rocky ones near Kailua-Kona. Would definitely stay again in it ! Oh and everything you might need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, snorkel equipment, cooler) is already provided.

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks at Dawn & Ismael's lovely condo. Country Club Villas is perfectly located, away from the busyness of Kona. The property is well maintained & quiet. We looked forward to our daily suppers on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets & appreciating nature. The condo offers all the comforts of home including a BBQ, washer & dryer & a variety of cooking supplies. I was also impressed by the responsiveness of the Property Management staff & the complimentary treats were a nice touch. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to return again soon. A perfect place to celebrate a birthday with family. Great kitchen, and comfortable living room. A grill on your own lanai is the best, and big comfortable table to seat for. Comfortable beds also. Didn’t even need the air conditioning. The hosts were wonderful and the goodies such a nice welcome. We were delighted with the beautiful print you gifted to my husband for his 70th birthday, complete with a hand-written note. We will return for sure. Mahalo! 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍

We had a couple of issues here, happily the management company provided speedy solutions for us. This condo is an end unit so has good windows and light coming in. It’s also right next to the pool, which was fun. Great view towards the ocean over the golf course, and easy parking with a level entrance to the unit. It worked fine for our group of 3 girlfriends.

We booked our trip on short notice and were so lucky this condo was available. It was probably one of the best equipped condos we've ever stayed at. When we arrived it was very clean and they even left us cold water, chocolates and coffee. The space itself is lovely, with lots of big windows and comfortable furniture. There are 3 A/C units (both bedrooms and the living room) but with the open windows and multiple ceiling fans, we did not use them after our first night. Although this complex was pretty close to a major road, there was not much noise, especially in the evenings when we were home. There's a gorgeous view of the ocean and the sunset. We loved that there was a grill right on our lanai so we weren't waiting for a community grill to cook dinner. There were 3 pools to our kids' delight, and they were never too crowded. We also love this location, a little south of Ali'i drive. Much quieter and especially good for families. We had one issue come up while we were there (we ran out of propane for the grill), and the property manager took care of it within a few hours. We are usually a little reluctant to stay at places that use a management company rather than deal with the owner, but we had nothing but positive experiences here. Highly recommended!

The property was as described. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare some meals and breakfast on the lanai was terrific. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets, three uncrowded pools and a quiet location. A little noise in the morning from the golf course maintenance, but that is to be expected. I would highly recommend this property,

We really liked this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, quiet and we loved waking up every day to the birds sing (we even saw a chatty flock of parrots) while we had our coffee on the lanai. The pool is very close by, it was clean and so was the hot tub. The location of this condo worked well for us because we like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Kona town. We will be back!

This place couldn’t have been better. Super clean, well-equipped and fantastic location just on the edge of the busy Kona area. The property management support team was incredibly responsive when I accidentally locked myself out. Meals on the lanai and evening sunsets overlooking the golf course. Can’t be beat! The property is perfect for family. The views are spectacular, the sunset views every night were beyond beautiful, breathtaking is a more accurate description. Right next door to the pool so if you have children easy access and you can watch them from the deck if they are teens. I would return again and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here. Some negatives…Two broken a/c units made it uncomfortably hot, especially in the second bedroom. Also, upon arrival some dishes and chopping knives in the cabinets and drawers were dirty. The positives.. Wonderful views while dining on the deck. Location was good… close to great snorkeling, KTA and Long’s.

Great size and layout, level direct access from private parking, no common areas to traverse (Covid safe), quiet, awesome vista off deep balcony terrace, two full bathrooms, awesome privacy with excellent solid very well equipped and provided, half hour drive from airport, 15 minutes from Kona centre and 20 minutes to awesome Two-Step beach to the south, highly recommended

Our family spent thanksgiving here on the Big Island and this condo was the perfect place to stay! We have everything provided for cooking a full Thanksgiving meal. My husband and I stayed here for a week back in July & were very impressed with everything the condo offered. We enjoyed making many meals in the full sized kitchen and drinking our coffee out on the lanai every morning. The location was close to our favorite snorkel spot & several farmers markets. The washer & dryer sure came in handy when our luggage was delayed and we had to wash the same outfit a couple of times. :) If we travel back to Hawaii someday, we will definitely be staying here!

Beautiful, clean, updated condo with all the amenities you could need with full appliances, cook/dishware, etc as well as beach mat, chairs, and umbrella. The views are so pretty and we loved all the windows/natural lighting. We ate breakfast/drank Kona coffee daily on the lanai, and the views are unbeatable. It's on the main level, so getting to the parking spot is easy and convenient. The location is great, right off Ali'i Drive, and we had easy access to some of our favorite spots (Two Step, Downtown Kona, many beaches, etc). We will definitely stay here on future visits to the Big Island and would highly recommend!

We had not seen CCV #226 and were pleasantly surprised at how really nice it was. Excellent furnishings and art work. Kitchen was everything a cook likes and all the usual tools were available. When anything went amiss, like the hot water heater, it was promptly replaced. Your service people were all very pleasant, efficient and capable. Great three months..
