View was magnificent and access to coastal trail was great. We saw whale spouts from the deck.

1. The upstairs shower has a slow leak and needs to be fixed. It is wasting water. 2. The toilet seat in downstairs toilet is completely detached fm toilet. I almost slipped off. Fix it. 3. The tub drain in downstairs bath is broken and doesn’t work. Needs to be fixed. 4. I think it was implied that there is hot tub access - none was available. 4 Explain how to get ok to use pool in community center. 5. Couch in living room was a bit run down and you sank so far into it when you sat that it was very difficult to stand up. 6.. Window in downstairs bedroom is screwed closed. Fix it before summer sets in. Its a shame not to be able to open it and hear ocean.

It’s a classic Sea Ranch home in a great location. Lovely views, relatively easy access to the bluff trail. There are some charming personal touches that give a connection to the family owners. Clean and well maintained. Good value.

It had everything we needed, but not everything we wanted. No foil, plastic wrap, Kleenex, body lotion, paper napkins, etc. The TV is streaming only and through your personal Netflix or Amazon Prime account only.

The ocean front location is great. Good value. Wonderful Recreation Center facility. My son and I enjoyed the tennis court and my wife and daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. Our request of checking out 1 hour later was granted after I visited the office personally.

1. A few lights didn't work. 2. Towels could be better. 3. The replies from the host seemed generated by auto-reply machines. I asked a very simple question “will there be a Renter's ID for the Recreation Center". If a real person had looked at the questions, he/she could have provided a very simple answer "Yes". Instead I got some rounds of Q & A, not knowing the exact answer until I visited the office.
