We very satisfied with everything 'Kyuka' house offered. We have come to Sea Ranch for 47 years. The house location, the bathrooms, the appliances(kitchen/laundry), two open car garages, the furniture($6K chairs),etc.The owner has my highest regard for their taste in decor. We will be back soon. "Our stay at Sea Ranch was an absolute delight! The Kyuka home was ideal for our multi-family gathering, with a spacious layout that made everyone feel comfortable. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a cozy side TV room, created a sense of openness and relaxation. We also appreciated the multiple bathrooms, which were convenient for our group.The location was perfect for taking leisurely walks to the bluffs, and the recreation center, pool, and tennis courts were all within easy walking distance. The Japanese-inspired decor throughout the home was tasteful and added to the ambiance.If I have any suggestions, it would be to provide a few extra spa towels and some plasticware for kids (or families with little ones). However, these are just minor details, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back and enjoy Sea Ranch again!"

Photos on the listing look great, yet somehow don't do this property justice. The home is beautiful inside and out. Very clean and tidy, with tasteful furnishing and an unbeatable view. Some small nits- they don't provide soap or shampoo in any of the showers. This is very weird but fine if they were more upfront about it.- the property management company has their address mistyped in their welcome email which made picking up the keys a bit frustrating. We drove to the middle of nowhere to discover their mistake.
