Overall good, but the bathrooms lack heaters and exhaust fans. They do have windows but you could only open during the day because of the critters. We had both raccoons and at least one kit fox. The small bathroom shower was not as clean as I like. The master bathroom we had to use a hand towel to keep from slipping.

Best Birthday ever. 6 of us stayed here. WE loved it due to the views, the deck, and the kitchen. Rooms are small and beds are only queens, bathrooms are small...but if you are into family time at the kitchen, kitchen table, family room, or on the deck..... It is the house for you. Kitchen is well stocked and these owners spend the extra couple of dollars and leave garbage bags, paper towels, a few spices and baggies..which is better than most rentals (which is so appreciated) and they did a sweet thing for our dog. I would come back again and again. People should be warned you have to drive all the way to Gualala to pick up your key, which is a drag especially after that drive...:)

We had a wonderful time here, especially the kiddos. The ocean views were spectacular and we especially enjoyed the hot tub at night and viewing all the stars. What a great experience for the whole family!

The view was spectacular! The oversized dining table was great for our needs: one part for meals, one part for games, one part for jigsaw puzzle. Management staff was very helpful when we needed more supplies to last our stay. Also very helpful and professional in making reservations and inquiries. The unit wasn't as clean as we expected. Some pots and pans were dirty, as well as some glassware and a few plates. Table had not be cleaned thoroughly. Debris in the chair that reclines. The bathrooms are very dated and not in good condition. It would be an improvement to have at least one king size bed in the master. Many of the windows appear to have blown seals, hampering the view. The blackout shades were great.
