Warmth of the staff specially Gabriel and Mandy who took wonderful care off us. Location was fab and rooms offered such amazing views of the Alps.
Housekeeping could have been better. No harm replacing the paper cups with reusable glasses.

Such a pretty Chalet hotel in a beautiful location with a view of Mont Blanc from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast was lovely.

The location is very nice and the view from the terrace and the room was amazing.
The room needs serious renovations.
The furniture is old, and the bathroom door does not close properly.
The only reason for the high price seems to be the view, but overall the room is not worth the money.
The staff were not very pleasant.
We left our luggage for 3 days and paid upfront, but when we returned a day earlier, we were told it was not possible to refund the extra day.
This was disappointing, especially since at the time of payment we were told it was necessary to pay immediately, not upon collection of the luggage.
