Perfect restaurant and wonderful staff. The room is bigger than you see in the photo.

Rainy on the roof is a bit noisy, but you'll be fine once you get used to it.

it was raining a lot but drops came down from the roof as well. it says tea and coffee on the room, but there was just the kettle, no coffee and no tea

Breakfast was really good and portions were enough for an adult

The room needed some work. There was a gap under the door where bugs could have come in. Other than that quickness, we were happy

It had potential. The gardens and pool were nice, but nothing has been maintained for many years (basically since the photo op for Booking.com). Eric, the manager was often available and always helpful. The on-site restaurant was nice…good food and 7 breakfast options to choose from. We enjoyed dinner there one evening. The first 2 mornings were wondered about the grumpy staff comments as Carabean (spelling?) was a delight. On morning #3 we totally understood the comments and felt like we were an imposition as we were rudely treated. House cleaning was good! And the towel sculptures were a nice touch.

We arrived to discover that our 2 double rooms did not have fridges, but Eric allowed us to use the staff fridge in reception. The towels were old and quite frayed. The pool chairs were few, and the ones there were quite dirty…but not covered in algae like the netted cabanas that would provide shade in the open pool area.
