You'll be thrilled to spend time in this amazing home, with all the space and accoutrements you could possibly want. Complete with modern furnishings and everything from state-of-the-art appliances to premier gaming systems, you'll have everyone covered--from the would-be gourmet to the gaming wizard. The sleek kitchen features gorgeous granite counters, with a middle island so huge it also serves as a breakfast bar for 10. The dining table alone seats 20+!
The open living area, adorned in chic white and cream furniture, offers comfy seating for everyone and the requisite flat-screen TV. An expansive home theater takes communal viewing to a whole new level with comfortable chairs for the whole group and a ginormous movie screen. A large game room is equipped with a Playstation system and oversized screen for serious competitors. It also features an arcade video game and foosball table for those waiting their turn on the Playstation. If it's outside entertainment you're interested in, the magnificent private swimming pool and spillover spa will give you plenty of time for laps, pool games, or simply floating around in sunny bliss after a day at the parks. The family will enjoy dining al fresco too courtesy of the summer kitchen and abundant seating options.
When bedtime beckons, your family will have numerous options in 13-beautifully appointed suites and bedrooms, including a couple for the kids in the group with oversized bunk-beds, and one room that even has a slide!
