All bedrooms have a Smart Tv with 20 bathrooms mostly ensuite, the room capacity is up to 50 people.

**POOL SPA HEATING** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.

**BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**PARKING and ACCESS ** The guest will have the entire house for themselves. These houses have large driveways that fits up to 4 cars, and overflow parking about 200 feet down the road.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
