Prepare to be wowed. That seems to be the mantra of a house that just keeps the surprises--and the fun and games-- coming. Just when you think the luxury and creativity have peaked, you discover another beyond-your-expectations feature around the corner.
With 10 newly renovated bedrooms, 3-stories, and 11,000 square feet of luxury, this home offers way more than just an amazing layout, plush furniture and elegant touches. It literally comes dressed in dreams. First up: a 1300 square foot-themed laser tag room and separate laser maze that would impress James Bond himself. Next: A third-floor game room/home theater replete with every game you can imagine. And don't miss the deck housing a sports bar with a 270-degree view of the glorious Jack Nicklaus golf course and a front-row seat to nearby Disney's fireworks at night!
While you're busy pretending to be James Bond (or wishing you could have Jack Nicklaus' golf game), your kids will be delighting over the quintessential kids fantasy room: Camp Morlando features a life-size tree, complete with slides, a ladder that secrets you away to a game-stocked hideaway--and bridges leading to two cabins (with nine bunks) that let young vacationers pretend they're sleeping under twinkling stars in the great outdoors (nature sounds complete the fantasy).
But don't be jealous of your kids. You'll be dreaming too, with your choice of one of four master suites, each offering luxurious bathrooms with double sinks, soaking tubs and roomy showers. There's a double queen bedroom with cartoon features for the teens in tow, and three other beautifully decorated king suites, two of which are on the first floor and are handicapped accessible.
While the home offers fantastic features and immense fun, guests can also slow down, unwind and enjoy some much needed relaxation "Florida style". Wake up and work out in the exercise room, or head straight to the coffee bar on the second floor (next to the elevator) for some dark roast to start your day.
The outdoor living area is a five-star resort unto itself: the swimming pool has its own lazy river with a sand island in the middle, a lounging ledge, large spa, plenty of outdoor games waiting to be played by the whole family, a fully-equipped summer kitchen with bar seating, separate dining area, four flat-screen TVs, a fire pit, putting green, comfy seating (afternoon naps here are good), plus a bathroom and sauna.
It's almost hard to imagine that you'd ever need to leave this house. But make sure and check out the Reunion Resort & Spa where you get unlimited use of incredible amenities (resort fee of $40 a day, plus tax) like three PGA Championship golf courses, and six top restaurants.
