The Space:

Maybe tomorrow you will venture out for the local lobster roll, some antiquing, or a short drive to Schoodic Point. We are minutes away from Winter Harbor where you will find a ferry to Bar Harbor, local restaurants, local fishermen in the harbor pulling lobster traps (fishing for lobster) as well as sightseeing boat trips!!

This is an open concept, WATERFRONT home with 3 bedrooms. NEW path to the water and deck/stair access!
SECOND FLOOR: The loft bedroom has a queen bed and windows with incredible views. At the top of the stairs there is a door to the second upstairs bedroom with a king bed and more storage. There is a full bathroom on the second floor in between the bedrooms.
FIRST FLOOR: A full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed, bureau and closet.
The open and spacious home sleeps 6 comfortably. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Since the cottage has heat and is well insulated, its a great place for spring and fall, as well as the summer months!! With this water and sunset view, this is unique Maine home will keep your family busy from morning to night.
The spacious deck has an outdoor dining table and propane grill. The fire pit is off the deck with comfy chairs under the stary Maine skies.

This is a waterfront property, children under 8 must be watched at all times.
