The home is perfect for families, nature lovers, and their pets, offering direct access to the Petit Manan National Wildlife Refuge and its hiking trails. Watch the wildlife and lobster boats from the deck, not your neighbors.
The interior features an inviting, open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings, warm wooden walls, and a stunning stone fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 9)
- Bedroom 1: A private room with a comfortable king bed and its own gas fireplace.
- Bedroom 2: A private room with a queen bed and a dedicated desk.
- Loft: A spacious sleeping area furnished with three twin beds.
- Living Area: A versatile daybed that can be configured as two separate twin beds or one king-sized bed.
OUTDOOR LIVING
- Expansive deck perfect for outdoor dining with the provided BBQ grill.
- Fire pit for evening gatherings and watching dramatic sunsets over the water.
- A new outdoor shower (available seasonally).
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire main cottage and the surrounding 3.5-acre property. This includes:
- All rooms within the main house.
- The expansive deck and outdoor furniture.
- The entire 3.5-acre grounds.
Convenient self check-in is available via a smart lock system.
Please note: The garage and any other outbuildings on the property are private and strictly not available for guest use.

This was such a lovely place to stay with so much to do right nearby. The hosts have literally everything covered in their very helpful guide. The outdoor shower under the stars was amazing. The kids enjoyed the loft. We loved seeing all the wildlife each day. Very peaceful location to rest after busy days visiting Acadia. We would stay here again! Highly recommend Acadia puffin boat tour right down the road, Hollingsworth trail, Birch Point trail and Pigeon Hill trail.

We arrived late and we had a little problem but Jennifer and Peter worked very hard to make everything perfect for our stay! We had an amazing time in Maine the cabin was an excellent home base for us.

A beautiful location and home, stocked with the essentials. Great communication from the hosts. Loved the outdoor shower and coffee on the deck in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very warm and welcoming. Our dogs loved the yard, and we loved the view. Everything was clean, neat, and all supplies were available for a very enjoyable stay. We would love to visit again in the warmer months.
