If this apartment cost a half less, those problems wouldn’t be so big for us, but we pay the big price to have some luxu

The view. The host was nice but it seemed that by force.

No soap no coffee no sugar, just coffee filters don’t know what for, bed not comfortable neither thin pillow, not working toaster, whole closet of linen and duvets open for us but we needed to pay for it only to find that we could take it for free, not working tv, fuses blew on the first day so the dishwasher, microwave and induction hob didn’t work for the rest of our stay, the host came and turned it on the last day. There is no oven. The fridge had awful odor. You pay a big price just for the view. Also you need to pay tax 26€ in cash without any receipt and the information is given in a message after paying the apartament.

We had a wonderful stay in this appartment. Very spacious and clean. We were 3 adults plus a toddler. One thing I like it is very close to the beach and the center.There is a sofa bed in the living room. It fits for two persons. Huge refrigerator, waching machine and a small dishwasher. They are all functional. You have many balconies in this appartment which I love the most. Overall, I love it and we had a great time during our stay in Cassis.

1. It’s bed in the bedroom. It is just a standard bed. My husband is 2 meter high. It’s difficult for people who are tall to fit in a very small bed. 2. Going up to the appartment. I tell you, it is very steep. But on the other hand, we were doing our daily exercise going up and down the stairs and the driveway. For people who have discomfort of walking steep I wouldn’t recommend this for you ‘coz for sure you will not like it. What we did before we went to a certain location, we took everything what we need during the day so that, we will not be going up and down again to the appartment. 3. More kitchen utensils. Potato knife for example and soup spoon and cutting knives.

Simple apartment with amazing views

the views were amazing and it was a short 10 minute walk to town

the sofa bed was uncomfortable and only one pillow was given which falls down the crack at the back. The facilities weren’t great, no kitchen towel or kettle so had to boil water in a pan for a hot drink. Also the apartment block which it is in is run down and not the nicest.

Amazing view from the apartment, enough space for 4 adults, kitchen with all the accessories, quiet location but close to the centre and beaches.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with stains on the mattress and not even a cover around it. The mattress was too thin and every time you turn the structure makes cracking noises.

A great location. The place lacked general comfort such as soap and enough toilet paper for our stay. The apartment was clean and it was great to have parking and the view was lovely.

The check in and check out were not very easy. we had to let the host in and out of the gate 4 floors down and midway through the driveway in extreme heat. There was no real comforts you expect in a rental such as soap, toilet paper, bin liners etc. we also had to pay a tourist fee and laundry fee on top of our stay which was not noted in the booking and the host never checked us out and gave us our change.

La vue et la lumière et l’espace. A spacious flat with terrific views and lots of light.

The outside of the building was initially a little disappointing and certainly didn’t flatter my ego but my ego survived and the place was otherwise perfect. good value for money.

Great apartment

Beautiful view, great balcony, and everything we needed for our stay. Nicely decorated and very clean. Host was brilliant and went above and beyond to help us. Would recommend the flat for a lovely stay in Cassis. Easy to walk to the centre of town, and always had parking in the car park in front of the apartment block. It was a little steep to get up to the car park and if someone was less able, they may struggle with the steepness and also stairs going up to the property. However there was a lift inside to reach the apartment after that. Great stay, lovely holiday and the view was wonderful.

Nothing - although as mentioned might not be accessible for all.

Amazing flat, annoying staff

Everything else. The apartment is superb, amazing view and location! Cassis is a piece of paradise.

The staff was not discreet and a bit pushy on the check in time. She also made awful comments about the cleaner during our check in visit of the house and called us so many times during our short stay!

la ville et les environs sont intéressants

la situation géographique est bonne, L'appartement est bien mais le mobilier est désuet et abimé. les chaises en rotin s'effilochent et les sièges sont inconfortables. sur la terrasse un sofa pour 2 avec un seul coussin. La cuisine est bien équipée. la salle de bain est propre et fonctionnelle. la chambres possèdes 2 petits lits ordinaires. un seul sofa dans le salon ainsi qu'une table completent le mobilier. II n'existe pas décor dans cet appartement qui lui donne une allure froide.

Nous avions une entente avec la responsable de se rencontrer pour notre sortie de l'appartement et remise des clés. Malgré mon courriel une journée d'avance, la personne ne s'est pas présentée et nous l'avons attendu plus d'une heure. Suite à mon appel téléphonique du matin de la sortie, la responsable a dit qu'elle n'avait pas reçu le message par texto et qu'elle ne voulait-pouvait pas venir à notre rencontre. Je suis désolé me faire traité cavalièrement et agressivement. Pour cette raison, je ne recommanderai pas cet appartement a cause de l'attitude singulière de la responsable.

Excellent weekend

Emplacement magnifique conforme à l'annonce. Superbe vue sur le Cap Canaille et sur la mer.

Problème sur le parking. Nous n'avons pas pû utiliser le parking prévu car la clé électronique d'accès ne fonctionnait pas. C'est vraiment dommage car j'avais expressément demandé une place de parking lors de la réservation. Et je suppose que le parking fait partie du prix de la location. De plus nous avons payé la taxe de séjour pour 4 alors que nous n'étions que 2 (nos enfants n'étaient plus disponibles pour venir)
