ABOUT THE HOME: Yes! Pigs do fly! This coastal vacation home will have you squealing with joy. Located in historic Blue Mountain Beach, this lovely home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and a private backyard pool with hot tub. Inside, the large open floor plan makes it perfect for gathering your family and friends at the end of a long day at the beach. Some of the custom finishes throughout this gorgeous home are white quartz counter tops, 10' ceilings, ship lap, and a metal roof. From the screened-in porch off of the back of the house where you can sip your morning coffee to the kitchen perfect for makin' the bacon, this home will provide the ideal beach haven.

ABOUT THE AREA: 2 Bikes are included so you can explore 30A the right way! The beach can be conveniently accessed from four nearby public beach access points. The Flying Pig guests also have the bonus of being adjacent to one of the 15 coastal dune lakes along 30A; Big Red Fish Lake sits just west of the home with access points within the neighborhood.
BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach is Gulf Point Road Beach Access, at the end of Gulf Point Road. There's no parking or amenities, just a path.

Parking Details:

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We are repeat visitors to 30A and prefer a more local feel as opposed to the crazy-overcrowded and overpriced vibe of Rosemary/Seacrest/Seaside. This house delivered on that. If you don’t want to forever be ducking out of Gen Z’s Instagram photos, you need to stay in Blue Mountain/Grayton. Pros: house has its own pool! Depth is about 5 ft deep max, hot tub is part of the pool. Heat from the hot tub was sufficient to heat the whole pool. This came in handy on double-red-flag beach days - kids could still get in the water. two adult bikes included in the rental. They’re in good condition and we used them daily to get around. We rented kid bikes. Terrain on sidewalks in this area is suitable for younger kids on bikes, mostly flat. walk to three great eateries — Redfish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, Cowgirl Creamery for Breakfast. kids loved the big bunk-bed room and built forts daily in there 5 min drive to Grayton Beach State Park — THE IDEAL beach sunset scene. Must see. walk from the house to Gulf Point Beach access point. No need to bike or drive a golf cart. It’s super close. Property does have a golf cart, but we didn’t need to rent it. outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet upon return from the beach - shower includes hot water! FYI:- bizarre alarm system that you have to deactivate every single time you enter or exit the house. - kitchen could use more essentials like dry spicesOverall we love it and will be back!

This property is spacious and very clean. A beautiful beach is just down the road. The hot tub and pool spa combination is an amazing benefit. And the beds have one of the best mattresses I've ever slept upon!

My family and I recently stayed at this Vrbo property and we were happy with our experience. The house was cozy, with nice decor and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The free bonfire was the ultimate amenity included and very enjoyable. Communication was seamless and 30a beach girls responded promptly to my messages. The location was great and close walking distance to the beach. Hollie arranged a chef who said he cooks there all the time, had a golf cart for us that we loved utilizing. We wish we could have enjoyed the pool more but there was just not enough time in the day. Overall, our experience at this VRBO property exceeded all our expectations, it was nice and peaceful. 30a Beach Girls toped any experience e we have had with resorts or other VRBO's. You have to experience them and this home.

We booked Hollie's house for a group of long-time friends to surprise our friend for her 40th birthday. It was a huge success, and the house was perfect. We had such an amazing time at The Flying pIg with 30a Beach Girls.From arrival to departure, the experience was great. Hollie and Ty provided good communication about the check-in process and made theirselves very available for any questions or concerns, of which there were none! Hollie bought a birthday cake which was in the fridge when we arrived, and it was gorgeous.The home is large enough to accommodate everyone. The open large rooms downstairs allowed everyone to feel included no matter where they were and the dining table was huge and we all could eat together comfortably. The kitchen is well-designed with plenty of storage and a large fridge. There is almost everything you would need for cooking, blending, grilling, or serving, although we did need to buy some cooking oil. But we bought so many groceries, so this was not an issue! BTW 30a Beach Girls picks up your groceries AND puts them away, you just order.The pool was definitely the major selling point. It was the centerpiece of our stay. I cannot overstate how amazing the pool is. The spa has a waterfall into the pool. Its truly the star of the show. Where we spent all our time. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We did need our own shower products, but I figured we would. But every bathroom had plenty of soap and toilet paper! There were so many extra towels, pool towels and beach towels, we had everything we needed during our stay.We rented a golf cart from. 30a Beach Gurls and extra bikes. Highly recommend both. House had 4 bikes. We had so much fun here and made memories I will never forget. This was simply a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. Thank you, Hollie we are already planning another girls trip for 2022!
