Enjoy your privacy and the best part is that you can still walk to several local dining hot spots and shops such as Blue Mountain Creamery, Redfish Taco, Cowgirl Kitchen, McTighes, For the Health of It, and Blue Mountain Bakery. If you decide to go fishing, hiking or paddle boarding, you can enjoy one of the coastal dune lakes nearby. After a long day on the beach you can come back to your private oasis and relax at your own private pool and outdoor area or grill a wonderful meal for your family. This is the perfect spot!

The house was exactly what we were looking for in a beach vacation home. Clean, spacious living areas and rooms for our large group, within walking distance to the beach and other things like restaurants, biking and walking paths. The golf cart was a huge bonus, as well as the pool and outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could have been a bit better would be the back door, as it is hard to shut.

We had a great week at Shell of a Time! The house was very clean and well appointed. We would stay there again! My only observation is that the golf cart might be nearing its end. But overall, a great house to stay at!

We had a great stay at Shell of a Time for family trip to the beach. The house was perfect for several couples and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and living area was perfect for family nights. Pool and patio were a great way to spend afternoons after a day at the beach. Golf cart was an extra perk to run short errands or shuttle to the beach which was about 3-5 min walk. Only issue we had was some problem with the A/C but the property manager was quick to respond and send a tech out for repairs. Great stay and a great property!

Our family off 6 adults and 3 grand children spent a week in Shell of a Time this past week. The house was fabulous. The pool was great for adults and children. You can ask for the pool to be heated (optional charge). The weather wasn’t the best but the heated pool was a life saver for the grands! The lot is spacious so the grands to run around. The house has 5 different porches/decks front, side (poolside) and 3 on the upper floors. We rented a golf cart but one of the public beaches is in easy walking distance. 4 spacious bedrooms and a pullout couch on the second floor. 1 of the bedrooms has two built in bunks big enough and strong enough for adults or children. High end Viking appliances. I hope we can go agin next year and stay a Shell of a Time!
