Indoor and outdoor spaces merge in purposefully designed areas made for hosting a crowd.
Prepare snacks and meals in the beautiful, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining table seats everyone with extra seating nearby. Gather on comfy sofas in the living room for a movie night, then retire to the grand master bedroom with a king-sized bed or one of two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Private entrance with easy, secure self check-in; access details are provided ahead of your arrival. One half of the garage is available for guest use to store your beach gear, bikes, and more, while the other half is locked and reserved for owner use. Free parking is available on the premises. An OK2Charge EV charger is also on site — you'll receive an activation email before your stay, or simply scan the QR code on the charger when you arrive.

Getting Around:
This location is perfect for walking and biking! We provide 4 bikes for guests to explore the 17-mile Timpoochee Trail and the surrounding 30A area. The beach is just a one-minute walk down a quiet street, and restaurants, coffee shops, and stores are all close by. Seaside is a quick 10-minute car ride or an easy ride along the well-paved bike trail.
Other Things to Note:
A few things to know before you arrive: This home comes with a private pool. Pool heating requests must be submitted at least one week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional fee. One half of the garage is available for guest use; the other half is locked and reserved for owner storage. No parties, events, bachelor, or bachelorette groups. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone for the duration of the stay. No smoking. No pets. Violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.
