About this house rental

Modern holiday home for families with private fenced pool in Conil Roche Casa de las Palmeras is a modern and spacious house with pool in the charming residential are of Conil Roche. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and the layout makes it ideal for one large or two small families. In the living room there is a large corner sofa, a fireplace that provides cosy winter evenings and a dining table for 8 people. A wide sliding door connects the living room and the fully equipped, spacious kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). Both rooms have access to the semi-covered terrace with barbecue area. The fenced pool is always in view, so the house is also suitable for families with small children. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a family bathroom.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom and two further bedrooms with two single beds sharing a further bathroom. All the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned and can be heated in the winter.
In the garden you can chill out on the sunbeds, but there is also plenty of room to play and the fenced pool is ideal when travelling with small children.
The wonderful beach of Roche is only a few minutes walk away, and there a plenty of activities to choose from, expecially in high season: Tennis and paddle courts can be booked for a fee and the football and basketball courts are a meeting place (not only) for young people. There is a playground for small children, a fitness trail and a private climbing park. For smaller purchases, a supermarket is open daily during the season, and there is also a pharmacy and smaller restaurants in addition to the exclusive restaurant El Timon.
