This house is new with all luxery facilities walking distance from the beach and supermarkets
the villa is luxury and with a big is a nice old town near Marbella with all kind of bars shops and famous of the beautiful beach and beach restaurants as ,Beach House, Perla Blanca, Niky Beach etc
they have access to all the terrace around the pool
the pool is shared with the owner but they almost don't use the pool and never the terrace around the pool
me and my wife and daughter of 5 years living next to this villa and are availabel if there are any questions
there is a nice town shopping arrea with nice Bars and ofcourse next to the famous beach places Beach House and Nicky Beach
the best way to move yourselves around the costa del sol is with a Bus ore by Car
