Villa Art Renata with Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna

Organization was good all, in all the stay was just like we expected. Good Rooms, great surroundings. Relaxed people. Facility's where great we used the grill and the pool. The sauna was a great addition we could not use is because we had a very short stay.

The Property was clean but you could see spider webs here an there that's a small minus point but all in all not very problematic.

Gute Lage zu Rovinj, nette Ausstattung, sehr ruhig innerhalb des Hauses, netter Pool, hoher Zaun als Sichtschutz.

Im unteren Schlafzimmer hat es leider oft vom Badezimmer (Abflüsse) nach Kanal gerochen.

Really spacious house. Well equipped. Gorgeous sauna, nice pool and jacuzzi.

Unfortunately not well maintained. For this price you’d expect everything to be perfect. Was good, but far from perfect.

The drain in the bathrooms was clogged with hair, there was no soap. It is important to point out to inform a guests that there is a cat on the property that is used to staying in the house and enters all the time. The lights in the pool as well as the gardens are not connected and do not work like floor heating as well. Few kitchen appliance more would be from great help during longer stay. As it is new property final touch is still missing. Location is very close to main road but even bigger problem is next house 2m apart. You need to go 10km to city of Rovinj to do check out and it is impossible to do it in house on site.
