We enjoyed the condo and found it very quiet, clean and comfortable and the easy beach access.
The only real negative, is that we did not find any reference in the apartment description that the house was a “smart house.” Though the feature was extremely interesting, we were not familiar and it was assumed we knew how to operate a google smart house. The house was filled with helpful signs/notes however, an introductory page in the notebook at a minimum or near the kitchen google unit on how to use a smart house would have saved us frustrated time and internet YouTube research. For example, since the washer/dryer doors have QR codes posted on each door we assumed that was how we had to find information directing us to instructions. In addition, sitting in the dark for several house was not fun either. Thankfully, someone in our party yelled “hey google” and we finally were able to operate the house.

It was comfortable. Beautiful view all day long.
I would recommend larger frying pans, also in the family bathroom change the shower rod rings. Small things.

It was updated and so cute! Furniture was comfy!

Beds were comfortable as of Dec 2022. Unit was well stocked with dishes, some spices and towels. Balcony was roomy even with a table and four chairs. The unit was clean except for under the bed.
There was a lock on the thermostat so that we could not adjust it. The management company told us adjusting the thermostat under 72 degrees would cause the unit to freeze. Each evening we called asking the lock to be removed. Eventually it was, from 9pm - 7am, only. The day before we left, the electronic front door lock stopped working. We could not lock the door when we left that evening or the next morning.
