The location was excellent, a very short walk from all the shops and cafes. The apartment was very nicely furnished with almost everything we needed.
I found the format of the communication from Host & Stay to be quite confusing and repetitive.
We could have done with a grill pan in the kitchen. And a separate indoor bin for recycling (and information what items could be included) would have been useful too.

Great facilities for children with a IKEA highchair and travel cot. The house was modern and clean. The ground floor bathroom and bedroom was really accessible for one of our guests. The bedrooms are very large with great storage. The utility room was a great bonus with a young child. The garden is large with furniture. Parking in great and next to the door. The location is right in Seahouses and everything is walkable. Highly recommend for families.
The company that looks after this property contacted us after booking for us to pay a deposit fee, which was not explained in the booking information. Our booking information said that all costs were included. We contacted this company explaining that all fees were included in the booking. They agreed and we did not need to pay any deposit. Watch out for this email as you do not need to pay it. This needs to be looked into by whoever owns this property.

A lovely clean,modern and fresh property.Lots of hot water and good showers.Well furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of storage.It has a good size garden too, with outside furniture.
Excellent location,3 minutes walk into Seahouses which has good cafes and restaurants.
The living room needed more table lamps.
It would be nice to have a bbq.

Very soft mattresses. We personally prefer firm mattress.
