We had a great stay here. The location is excellent, with an underground link to Pavilion and very close to both the MRT and monorail, making it super easy to get around KL. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions sent via WhatsApp. We also arranged for a birthday decoration in the living room, and my son (the birthday boy) was truly surprised and amazed — it made our stay extra special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The decor was thoughtfully curated, with traditional elements that transported us to Japan. We especially loved the costumes provided, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the theme and take some fun, memorable photos. Another highlight was the beautiful tea set—enjoying tea felt so serene and authentic, and it really added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the nice balcony, which served as a relaxing smoking area. It was a comfortable spot to unwind, with a pleasant atmosphere and a touch of privacy. Overall, this place offered a delightful mix of convenience, warmth, and cultural charm. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that's both comfortable and unique!

There were a few areas for improvement. The shower water output was very small. Additionally, we noticed the lack of speakers for playing music and the absence of tissue paper, which would have been helpful for added convenience.
